This is a really cool exercise. I'm in! Me - 2 The BInge - 1 Today was pretty good for me. Unlike last night, I actually ate big enough meals during the day to not binge at night. Hope I can keep this up tomorrow!

Sounds like adding carbs back in would be a great idea for you given how good you feel after your weekend carb treats. Maybe as you ease in some healthy carbs you could also up your intake of natural diuretics like celery, cucumber, and coffee to combat any water retention? :)

I really appreciate this suggestion! I have seen two different therapists for brief periods about my ED and they suggested similar things but I never felt like I had time to do it because I was in school. Now I am committed to making time, so I'll let you know how it goes!
