Unsweetened almond milk, cocoa powder (unsweetened), stevia. Good cold or hot.

I totally get what you are saying and yes, I have such a spouse. Luckily, his laziness means I do almost all the cooking so I cook healthy meals for us which he happily eats. Then he makes himself a sandwich or two after dinner. I'm fine with the food part honestly, but I do wish I could get him more into exercise. It's so…

If you are gaining weight without eating more calories I would suggest asking your doctor to check for thyroid problems. That was the first sign my sister had when hers started. She just started putting on weight without any change in diet.

Agree with the above. Also, you may have felt sick even if you hadn't worked out. I wouldn't make any changes based on one day.

While I agree that 4 lbs is probably overly aggressive unless you are very obese and being monitored by a doctor, I totally disagree that having cheat days means your plan is too aggressive, or that having cheat days can't be maintained. I had cheat days the weekly while I was losing weight and continue to do so now that…

I never pay any attention to the recommended serving size.

Track them and plan your meals so you meet the goals? But it's okay if every day isn't the same. You can lose weight and be healthy without eating the same macros every day.

Poultry is not limited to chicken. What is exciting will vary from person to person but poultry and fish would allow for a pretty wide variety.

First resolution met! The treehouse will have to wait for warmer weather.

So, is the statistic that 35% keep it off for a year, or only that one has to keep it off for a year to get in the registry? And if it's not a year, then for what period of time do 35% keep it off? One year isn't very long.

If eating late fits your schedule then eat late. I lost all my while eating late at night and have maintained that loss for 2 years while eating late at night.

If this happened often I'd eat more on a regular basis. If it's just once in a while I usually go for a handful of nuts or a spoonful of peanut butter, which I know are high calorie foods but it's what is filling for me.

This is true and I can't speak for the OP, but I also live on a farm and daily activity varies wildly. It would be very hard to determine what the daily average is.

Yeah, the database is woefully lacking in non- sports or gym exercise. Maybe choose yard work, though it does not offer light vs. vigorous.

According to my husband, who refers to our home as my 'hobby farm', my entire life outside my paying job is a hobby. I also like to quilt, draw and read.

This is the fitness and exercise forum and your post mentions exercises so I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you are asking about what exercises you should do. I would suggest that you speak with your doctor to determine what is safe/best for you. But people often don't want to go that route and if that is the case,…

Don't they show them separately? I haven't logged in a long time but they used to. You might have to modify the defaults though. Beans and pulses are low fat foods though.

I don't think I get depressed but too much stress usually leads to exercise because it's one of the few things that help. If I'm sad I tend not to eat much. I don't starve but I do eat less than usual.

200g of protein per day!? Holy moly, I'd never make that. :o
-
I like to top them with some salsa and then a fried egg.

I drink plenty (as proved by my urine) though the daily amount varies with my needs. I get it in by drinking it.

That's what I do too. Technically any edible plant or plant part is a vegetable but I generally don't think of nuts or seeds in that way. Starch has never been a factor for me.

Breakfast: big mug of tea Lunch: bean dip with tortilla chips Dinner: venison stew (with carrots, parsnips, turnips, sweet potatoes, onions and garlic), salad of baby lettuce and shredded beets with balsamic vinegar, crusty bread and red wine.

I have some venison stewing in the crockpot with carrots, parsnips, turnips, sweet potatoes, onions and garlic for dinner. That will be served with a simple salad of baby lettuce and shredded beets topped with balsamic vinegar, a piece of crusty bread and red wine.

This ^^ It depends on the reason for the measurement. Measuring for clothing may not be the same as measuring for health factors.

I don't understand the problem. You've maintained your weight within a 5 lb range since 2016. That is maintenance.

It tool longer than 2 weeks for me to show a loss.
