I just finished up the book last night, and am planning on starting Fri or Mon! Add me, I'd love support!! I will be doing a hybrid for the first few weeks. I just bought the Garnier BB cream yesterday and tried it out yesterday and today. So far, I like it! When you do brick training, do you do it in the gym? And do you change after swimming before biking? Or do you really want to get the real feel of switching from swimming to biking (of course after drying off and putting some clothes on! ;)

I have Zumba, and I LOVE it! It's not quite as awesome as real-life Zumba, but you can get a great cardio work out in! You can make your work out as short as 15 minutes I think and as long as you want!

I use an HRM, and I've burned anywhere from low 500's to high 600's depending on my intensity if I did a short warm up before hand. I weigh 160 right now. That's why I love the HRM, if I'm being a wuss, I can try harder to get my heart rate up!
