At the end of the month we are going on a trip. I am flying solo with two kids halfway across the country. I also will be close to Sonic and Olive Garden (been without for 2.5yrs) and that worries me. I cant not go. I cant.

I am 5'3" and started at 175 and want to get to 140. It has taken me 5 weeks to lose 15 and I'm now slowing it down since in only have 20 left. I struggled strongly staying within my 1320 cal allotment. You can crash diet, but you'll crash along with it and you have a greater chance of putting it back on.

I know nothing of avocados, how do I know if it's "large" or "small"?

It is hard when nursing, our bodies are tricky. I never lost a single pound with either of my kids and I breastfed on demand and was exclusively nursing my oldest for 5 months and my youngest for 6 before they started solids. Your body will do what it needs to provide for your baby and put you 2nd. Even if your loss…

I am 160lbs, 5'3" with a goal of 140. My son is 1.5 and nurses 2x a day. My calories were 1320 until I hit 160 for a 1.5lb loss per week. Now it is 1540 for 1lb loss per week.

That's what I was trying to find. He is 5.5 and the problem is that he has stopped gaining weight, which I know is typically hyper instead of hypo, but his levels say hypo. He doesnt have any other symptoms that would suggest Celiac.

Can I wear my HRM during? Lol

<--i am one. I ate a family size bag of funyons in one sitting. Recently too. I am working on it. I have been doing well, but it is hard. Being alone with two kids makes it worse, but at the same time, I cant just run out and get what I want and I am too lazy to cook the goodies I want. I am a 24yr old with 20 to lose…

My grandma tells me all the different things Dr Oz recommends on his show. Not the weight loss stuff, but the vitamins, oils, foods, etc. And I always just respond nicely with "oh really? Interesting". I used to think he was legit, but the more I watched and read, the more I realized he's a phony.

I try to hit 90 at least 100 if I really try. I use powder though, and it's delicious. I use Whole Foods Soy powder (vanilla maybe), mix it with a cup and a half of almond milk, pb2 and a T of Ovaltine. Chocolate peanut butter shake! Really easy and has 31g protein. Aside from that I use chicken, tuna, salmon, and ground…

I have gone down a full cup size :-(

My stomach will be happy with that! Haha. Thanks! Should i then start going by my TDEE or does MFP give a good amt based on presets?

Joseph Gordon Levitt. Mmmmmm

Daymn! Lol. Lookin good! Congrats!

I use the Whole Foods Soy Protein Powder. Three ingredients, 110 calories per scoop and 24g of protein. I mix it in a blender cup with pb2 and a tablespoon of Ovaltine. If I remember right $17.99 for the big container (I think about a month or so worth of drinks) and cimes with a scoop

I want that so effing bad!

Fellow mom to two kids. Mine are 5.5 and almost 2. I am a SAHM and I homeschool. My husband works 12hr shifts when he's home and often has training (military). Suggestions: Don't throw out foods. Allow yourself what you want as long as you stay within your limits. I have treats and still stay within calories. I am doing…

Anything one would consider junk. Cookies, chips, cake, ice cream, sweet cereal. I really want them right now.

I have lost 12 in 5.5weeks, BUT I have 40ish overall to lose
-
My husband thought this was pretty entertaining.
-
Yeah, looking at your posts you're just going around stirring things up. Have fun with that.

I think its safe to assume you're a troll, but thats not my goal. Surprisingly, I want ti look good for my husband and feel good about me. Shocking I know. My apologies, I was unaware that "tank top" was code for "need to cheat on my husband". My bad.

I am only 5'3", but i am 165 looking to get to 140. I started at 183 last year, tried a bit, gained it back and started this tound at 175 5.5 weeks ago. I still eat my treats, tey to hit high protein numbers and work out 6-7 days a week (30 Day shred). Dont try to crash the scale, slow and steady wins the race. Figure out…

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll look into the TRX too. I do need new bras, but I'm hoping to hold off since I'm still somewhat nursing and my sizes will be changing over the next few months (pretty sure I went down a cup size :-( )

$ and my kids. I can only work out in the evening and can't leave them (no sitter). I can't get big heavy equipment because we're also prepping to move with the military and have limited space and weight allotment. Plus the whole $ thing. Lol
-
I'd really like to lift, but I can't go to a gym. I have 5lb weights. I can't really get anything heavier but I can probably get a kettlebell if there are good ways to use that.

I did the first level straight through 10 days, took one day off and ended up taking 5 more days off randomly. I've taken one night off so far but I am pushing through the rest for the next 26 days. It feels hard at first and you're sore, but your endurance goes up really quickly in the middle of the level.
