  • Hi I am Nici. I turned 30 on the 4th and two days ago was told I have high cholesterol. This worries me due to history of heart issues on both sides of my family. I have a good 35lbs minimum I need to lose.

  • Get a $30 scale and weigh it alll. Drink water. Lots. And try to eat whole foods. I ound it kept me fuller and I could eat more of those than processed.   • I have that problem too. There is a good chance thats part of it. I know Calories are calories, but I feel like whats in the food will also really change how your body reacts to it. (Bloat and such)
  • Thanks for all that! Its been more than 10 years since I have been on a bike, so I know I am going to feel it. We are in Hawaii so there are various places for riding. I will mainly be on the road in our neighborhood or on a designated bike trail on base.
  • I am 5'3" and eating 1487. Started 170, currently 164, goal of 140. I workout 1-3 times a week depending on my husbands schedule but I'll be bumping it up after getting a bike in a couple weeks.

  • My periods are only 3 days. A few days vefore I go through my "eat and hate it all" phase and then on day two I am in a ton of pain and just want cookies and candy. I am not saying I would go 1,000 over or anything, maybe.
