I have no real advice, just saying I understand. I lost 20lbs while my husband was gone. I exercised, ate great, and had energy. Then, we went to visit him, he came home, we moved, I put back on 15lbs and even though I hate myself with a great passion right now, I dont have the energy. I have a 6 and 2.5yr old and no one…

He looks scary in the clips showing him in the hearing

I use a heart rate monitor. Tonight it said 265 calories in 27 minutes. I weigh 167

I have done it 1.5 times. I lost 20lbs before, but sadly I put 15 back on. I just did day two tonight (and coaxed the hubby to join). Hoping to be done well before Christmas.

Hi there...hoping someone knowledgeable sees this. I REALLY want to run, not really be a runner, but be able to run a couple miles at least. I have J-curve of to the spine, patella-femoral syndrome and I have dealt with shin splints. I want to know, what's the best way for me to start out? When I have gone out jogging,…

I got most of my meals from Pinterest, Well Fed (the paleo recipe book), and Nom Nom Paleo. No we aren't really Paleo eaters, but we planned on it, now we don't, but some of the things I've made are delicious. I am not making anything specifically "low calorie" because I have a carnivore husband and two growing boys. Just…

Seriously??

I love the 30DS. I might skip level 1 though, it was kind of boring, but it has been several months since I've done anything remotely related to exercise.

I am getting back on the wagon. I moved 6k miles and put back 10lbs on and I feel disgusting. My clothes don't fit well and there's no way in hell I'm getting more, and bigger ones at that. Starting food tracking this week and 30 Day Shred next week.

Congrats!! I lost 15lbs and there was no difference in clothing sadly (I am 5 3 as well). Hopefully this go around I will see it.

I am "the perfect hourglass" and apparently 2.5% smaller than I thought.
-
with that little to lose, 2lbs a week is too much.
-
I weigh less the first two days. The second day I am a balloon by the end of it and stay that way for 2-3 days
-
Thank you! I felt like 2182 was too high.
-
I did level 1 in the 10 days but after taking my rest day, I found it easier to keep taking random rest days.

New shirts, soon a pair of jeans, saving on eating out. I do buy PB2 and protein powder though.

I am the overweight one and he is the "fit" one.

We'll be living in Hawaii by the time I hit my weight. I suppose a cute skirt ? Maybe some shorts I wouldn't normally wear.

No I'm sorry, I'm very emotional. I feel like a terrible mother. All I could do was stand there watching him as two strangers broke into my car. It terrified me. All I could think was they'd think I was a bad mom and want to take him. It does take so much energy to keep up with all this. It's so much easier to say eff it…

It wasnt me being tired. I went to go get him out because he was asleep and I was going to put him in the carrier. I set my keys and phone in my purse and went around to get him. When I got there, it was locket. I figured I didn't hit the button so I went back to my door and it was locked. I didn't forget him.

I'm not expecting more. I should be over the moon and have it motivate me. THATS what upsets me. I'm very fortunate to have lost what I have. I don't want to lose too fast because I want this to be a life change.
-
Wow!! You look great!!
-
I really love that people notice, but I feel like I don't know the appropriate response. "wow you look like you lost a lot", "oh my look at you, you're so skinny!", "you look fantastic!" I feel like anything I say will be braggy or self-involved.

I have them on my boons, stomach, waist/hips/muffin top, thighs and calves, it sucks, but they are there and not going. Aside from toning and helping them be less visible that way, I've got them for life.

I would very much love to look like that. If you are happy with your body as it is now, no need to keep pushing. If you feel you want to keep going, keep on keepin on. You look fantastic! Good luck with what you decide!
