I am trying to find the right way to measure this. I chop up my sweet potato and toss it with 1/2t of avo oil and salt. Do I weigh pre or post cooked? The search in the diary isnt helpful.

Glitch in recipe input?
I put in a recipe and it says 207cals and when I log it it jumps up to 907 cals for some reason. I have input it twice now and it did it both times. Am I doing something wrong?

Dominos Calories
So we're having Dominos pizza, a large with pepperoni, italian sausage, and black olives for dinner. A large hand tossed pepperoni is 300 per slice, but the cal-o-meter wont work to add in the sausage and olives. What's a good guess? maybe 50?

Vacation weekend, how do I keep on track?

My weight loss is coming from the wrong area

I've done four days of 30 day shred (all level 1) now and today, I feel nothing. I know my body gets used to it and all, but if I started out taking frequent brakes and feeling like death, shouldn't I still feel something?
