I had a slice and a half of pepperoni pizza. The nutrtition info isnt abailable.

    IF there's no information on line, then just find something as close to size and toppings of the piece you ate and log it. You're not going to find every food you eat every time. It's life.

    Ideally, you weighed the pizza. If not, hopefully you at least noted the diameter, the number of slices, and the toppings. This should be enough to find a similar restaurant pizza. I'd pick one of the worse ones--stores usually hide that info for a reason. Besides, that's safer for weight loss and getting all your nutrients. :)

    just estimate it. It's only one meal. Even official calorie stats have 10 to 20% margin of error.
