I have 6 weeks to kick my own butt

Originally I was not going to see my husband for 4.5 months, now that's been cut in halfish and we're taking a trip to see him. I'm making progress, but I want to stun him.

I need to keep motivated. I was doing great with my 30DS until my rest day between levels 1 & 2. I ate so much crap and I've taken 4 more days off (two in a row but I walked 5 miles those days, one and then one). Yes I want the number on the scale to go down, but mainly I want to tone.

I'm walking nightly about a mile, doing housework which means lots of stairs, tonight is day 9 of level 2 on 30DS and I'm doing the 30 day plank challenge.

My biggest struggle is with calories. I'm very confused on what amt I should be having and my macros. I've read that guide "working to sexypants" or whatever it's called, but I'm lost on TDEE and Macros. Experimenting for now!
