  • I use the Zen Labs C25K app with Pandora and you CAN use them simultaneously. However, you do have to make sure that the C25K app is the one "open" on your screen - so, start Pandora and get that going, then open Zen Labs. I don't think Pandora kicks the other one off completely, but I think that unless Zen Labs C25K is…
  • Here are my stats: Height, 5'1" Age, 33 SW: 159 (at my highest ever, May 2012, right after having my baby) CW: 131 GW: 118-120, I think. It's more a toning goal than a number on a scale. I just finished the first month of C25K, am excited to post here with results once I finish!

I'm 5'1" and I'll tell you my speeds: warm-up 3.0 walks 3.5 runs 4.5 (and the last minute of the last run I bump it up to 5.0) cool down 3.5 And I do it all at a 2.0 incline. Because of the incline, I don't feel so bad…
  • 5'1" and 131 pounds currently. May 2012 I had my baby girl and weighed 159 (post-partum) so it's been a long road to get back down to where I am now. I would LIKE to get to 120, but am having a real tough time losing these last 10+ pounds! I'm into week 4 of C25K and hoping that this program will give my body the extra…
  • I just finished W3D3 and I run at 4.5 with a 2% incline. My walking breaks are at 3.5 or 4.0, depending on how tired I feel. I figure if I can get through this program once at at my pace, I can work on speed afterwards.
  • I'm at the end of Week 1 tomorrow, but my weigh-in day is Friday and I was down 2.4 lbs! Not following her meal plan, but doing 1200/day w/ MFP. Super pleased, hope I can keep it up.
