  • I'm with you really try for the 8 but its normally 5 and I don't drink any other stuff like milk or fizzy drinks and only have 1 cup of tea a day??

  • I want to lose 14lbs and I only have 1lb to go its taken me 6.5 weeks being mega strict/clean on food always just under 1200 per day and walking between 40-60 mins every day to lose 13lb. First 3 weeks lost the most and its slowed down alot since then. So in theory you should be able to get to 10lb or very close good luck.

  • You can go on crazy diets or extreme calorie counting and lose weight fast but it a false loss because as soon as you stop it will all go back on and sometimes more.   • First of if you can go "Brown" brown bread, brown rice, brown paste all with wholewheat much better for you. For dinners I eat alot of fish simple to cook, low in calories and really good for you also chicken breasts I normally eat these with a nice green leaf salad plenty of tomatoes, cucumber etc. Hope this helps
