  • I have experienced the same thing. I think you can still work out just modify what your doing. For instance still do squats but just don't take them as low.   • Tequila is mine! I don't have crazy food cravings but I love Tequila. That is not helpful in my weight loss journey. I have learned to only drink one or two days a week and it has helped a lot!

  • I use water flavor additives like Crystal Light or MIO. They have no calories and they taste very good. I agree with drink from a big cup or water bottle.

  • Although it would be SOOO nice to lose weight that fast, it's not realistic. I believe that if you lose weight at a steady pace you will tend to keep it off for the long term.
