I don't have a long commute, I'm just lazy. But I get Great Value frozen stir frys. They take like 12 minutes max to make, are under 200 calories per bag and I can put spices like basil, oregano, etc on them to mix up the flavaaahhh :)

I spontaneously bought a treadmill and started run/walk intervals until I could run for about a half hour straight... and I just never stopped. The treadmill was brand new and $215 dollars, originally $1,300. I couldn't pass it up! And I'm glad I didn't because I am in the best shape of my life!!

Netflix instant watch has workout dvd's. There's walking and running, local pools and parks with basketball and tennis courts (depending where you live). pushups and situps are freeeeee as well! there are "no-equipment" workouts up the wazoo online. agreeing with most people: others who sit on the machines or text/talk/waste my friggin time annnnd showering so much. it's not good for my hair and I just like being dry, but with 2 workouts a day i have to shower the nasty sweat off or I stink and feel gross.

From experience and magazines and whatnot guys just lose weight easier. Because of the whole baby-making aspect (and other factors) females tend to hold onto fat more than guys... Unfortunately, biology is cruel this way.

I've seen others promote the Moving Comfort brand and I have to agree! I am a D/DD as well (depends on the style) and I love the Fiona for less intense things such as yoga/pilates and the Maia is my absolute all time favorite for running and jump roping and other high intensity things :)
