Try the diabetic exchange. You don't have to be diabetic. You track fruits, starches, proteins, fats, etc. Just google it. The amount of exchanges you get per meal is based on your desired caloric intake. It's similar to that 'deal a meal' thing years ago. You're still tracking-but much less stringent than counting…

I love yogi. Does that count?

That is some major shrinkage. Do you know the fat/lean percentage? The database shows all kinds, 85% lean, 91% lean, etc. and some show calories based on uncooked weight, others cooked weighh. Personally I go by what the box says and don't weigh it after cooking.

Even on a traditional reduced calorie diet - it's obtainable!

Because MFP knows when you don't log accurately. :#

^this. good idea, but 2 quarts, 300 calories - really?
-
Myself, I am a BM anomaly. I only go once a week. :o

nope. All new accounts appear that way. It's a glitch of the last "upgrade".

I think a medically supervised VLCD is better than the do it yourself versions. Those are the ones that get the flak around here. Congratulations on your success. Some things are better left not talked about around here. Best to just discuss the weather, or share recipes.

At Weight Watchers, they stopped counting foods such as non-starchy veggies, and most fruits. Since no one has ever gotten fat from eating those types of foods, really. And skinless chicken breast only has 35-40 calories per ounce. Why not eat 10 ounces of chicken? I don't even weigh or measure steamed veggies anymore.

I'm 59. You young people think you're all that. meh

I LOVE Indian food spices especially. Cardamom, Fenugreek, Cumin, Garam Masala, yum. :stuck_out_tongue:

@leelee, it's all in jest. This subject is very controversial here. If what you do makes you feel better, just do it, and ignore the comments. That's all that matters. Sorry. :\

You could donate them to your local food bank?

Sounds reasonable and not too far fetched. I'm rootin for ya. B)

They pop up every day. You know. Fasting, juicing, "cleanses", to lose weight. All the fun topics!

I troll the "detox" threads.

I have wondered if those bodyfat scales show consistent weekly changes, even if the pounds remain the same week after week. That at least would help with motivation. I'm about to toss out my regular scales.
-
....but what about Garcinia Cambogia?
-
@Olivia I will donate to your favorite charity if you will allow me to flag mods.

...but aspartame is evil. EVIL. before aspartame - after aspartame.
-
Is monkfruit sweetener or Truvia available in the UK? If so, why not get unsweetened drink packets and sweeten with those if you don't like aspartame?

@s_pekz - but what about the chip addiction lady?? :o
-
I like Dr. Pepper Ten. It has a trace amount of sugar, which makes it taste better than traditional diet soda.
-
Hey - where did the "chip addiction" thread go? Much more entertaining.
