On the top of this page, click on apps, then ticker. Then choose "get the code" Copy /paste the BB code. We used to be able to post the ticker automatically. Not any more, you must do it manually every time.

Carb addiction, medically speaking, does not exist. It's just a person's personal taste for those foods. I for one, say less turkey and more stuffing. I sometimes "bank" unused food calories and exercise calories from the past six days, and use them on the 7th day for a special treat. But I don't call it cheating. :#

The calories would be the same as if you were on a high carb diet. The whole extra calorie "metabolic advantage" of a low carbohydrate diet has been in dispute. If it exists, it's not enough to make any difference. Wishing you much success with your goals though.

The extract would be stronger. However, If it helped with weight loss, MFP would have shut down years ago. But a hot cup of green tea or a glass of iced green tea is mighty nice. ;)

I was on 50 mcg of Levo for several months. I saw absolutely no difference in how I felt, or any effect on my weight. I thought it was a waste and I stopped taking it. (I hate pills, even vitamins) I am still hypo but have had no problem losing weight with MFP. :)

"non-traditional" forms of weight control will always receive negative reactions in the public forums. That's just a fact - I hope the OP can live with that. Support for these types of diets probably get better responses in the Groups section of MFP, such as the Atkins and Paleo. She should start a VLCD or Medfast group.…

Here's a solution. Find an unused back date in your diary, like October 1st, and enter all your custom My Foods into that date. This will make them appear in your Recent tab. Then you can alphabetically sort them.
