Taking bites

How do you log bites? Like earlier I took a small bite from my daughter's bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's. I know that those calories count, but I have no idea how to log it?

Well, if you had brought your kitchen scale with you. . . >:)

I would divide by the amount I think I ate . . .1/12 or whatever of the total cals from their website.

I log it as like .1 or more of a serving. Depends on how big the bite is.

I just don't log it. or I'll quick-add like 100 calories. A bite is not going to make or break the logging.

lol even if I owned a scale, I was driving when I took the bite. It was a pretty small bite. Just enough to taste it since I can't eat it but wanted some lol. I don't even know how much a bite would be haha. I'll just guess. You're right, it won't make or break a log. I'll just make sure to stay under my calories the best I can to make up for it.

This. As long as you don't make a habit of that, it's not going to make a significant difference.

Just make sure that next time you spit the bite out onto your scale and balance it accurately as you drive with your knees! :D

I got myself out of the habit of taking bites of food that I didn't need or that belonged to other people. Sampling was a bad habit I was happy to break.

I guesstimate and use the quick add for all BLT's(bites, licks, tastes).
