You are really new at this, I can see. You can't do x amount of exercise and y amount of calories and expect the scale to show exactly z pounds. It just doesn't work that way. Like one person said, weight loss is not linear. You are setting yourself up for disappointment.

Unless you have been diagnosed a diabetic, you have no need of worrying about the amount of sugar in 1% milk or any other milk. Who "suggested" the sore knee/sugar connection? I would get some expert medical advice.

Greek Tzatziki sauce. A little greek yogurt, a few drops olive oil and lemon juice, dill, garlic, minced onion and minced cucumber. That's it. Probably 20 calories or less per tbsp.

I cleansed with Lysol disinfectant. But the stuff tasted just awful.

I always pre log. And I only keep 7 days worth of entries. Helps keep the "recent" list under control.

I sure don't think it's awful in moderation. Caffeine clears my head in the morning. 2 cups a day is enough for me. I just don't like the taste of decaf.

I could care less how often they log in. I only delete if I find out they're Republicans.

Just curious. How was Lose It, (good points and bad), and why did you switch?

If you want fiber counts to appear in your food diary, go to food/settings. From there you can make the changes. However, be aware that some foods in the database do not have the fiber amounts. In that case it is best to custom-add your favorite foods yourself. Hope this helps.

For me it's the scale. The #@&!* scale. Especially when you have been perfect, and it rewards you with a big fat zero. That just ruins me. Been trying to only weigh myself twice a month now instead of weekly.

In food settings, you can have it show fiber as an option. If you are referring to the foods database, if the foods you look up don't show the fiber, then custom-enter your own foods and put the fiber in yourself. Hope this helps.

weighing about 165 pounds and wanting to lose 25 does not sound too drastic. But no one here is going to approve of a 800 calorie diet. So please take the advice.
