hmmm. Maybe try re-doing your ticker. Maybe that will refresh the data on it?

on the top of this page, click settings, then click update diet/fitness profile. From there you can enter your current and goal weight. Hope that helps.

Everything I have ever read about carb cycling seems aimed for bodybuilders. So can this be used for just weight loss too? And how does this differ from traditional calorie counting to lose weight?

I don't have epilepsy but I do have a brain injury and vision loss from a tumor resection. My brain injury support group leader told me weight gain is common with such people. Although I certainly don't blame my injury for my weight, my weight just exploded after it happened.

To each their own, but i.f. definitely did not for for me. I would always overeat during the "window" because I would be starving by then. Calories in/calories out. If you don't track, you never really know how many calories you are taking in, which was my mistake. ...One thing to keep in mind, you only have 12 kg to lose…

Country style ribs aren't real ribs per se, just a cut of meat near the chops that has been trimmed in a special way. If you use a crockpot, you are just about guaranteed to not have tough ribs. Welcome and wishing you much success with your weight loss goals. My advice is pretty basic. Use the diary, don't go so low on calories that you have to fight hunger, and get a group of MFP friends to help you stay motivated.

Using another websites BB code to paste their ticker here won't work. I think the best you can do is save your ticker from another website to your computer. Then, crop and trim it. Then you can use the image to create a "personalized" ticker, like mine.

I think it comes down to how you define addiction. I mean, gambling addiction is considered a mental addiction, heroin addiction is physical, and things like cigarette addiction are a combination of both. IMO, food addiction, is also a combination of both. Some here have said it doesn't exist, but I think it does.

Not creamers, but I like Capella flavor drops. I get them online and they are calorie-free. And cheaper than the syrups.

I've tried several. They all pretty much tasted like paint. But then what can you expect from zero calorie salad dressings and syrups?
