Most people ignore those predictions. They're just a computer generated response. And there is treatment for depression.
-
@andabe Why not read above and you will see that the OP has her plans made already.
-
hmmm, I've noticed that in the forums. It always eems that the people who create various "challenges" here are the first ones to fizzle out.
-
I agree with above. The 8 glasses/day thing appears to be another myth. I would say if you are going to the bathroom every 2 hours, you are drinking more water than you need. Why not save more of your water intake for when you are home. :)

You're ok, but I hurt my neck looking. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.
-
Not very accurate. If only I looked that slim at my current weight. :\

Don't get the Magic Bullet. Piece of junk. I got one for Christmas and the motor locked up after a week.

A pickle. I'm not kidding, I had an elderly friend tell me to eat a pickle. The spasm went away in minutes. I don't know the science behind it, perhaps something in the vinegar or the brine. All I know is that it worked quickly.

@TJR - I was only joking. I'm a 58 year old man and want to date Beyonce, not look like her. :p
-
OP misspelled it. It's JUDDD. 3 d's. Google Dr. Johnson's up day down day diet.
-
Good luck. It did not work for me. I was getting too much of that "desperate-deprived feeling" on the down days, and ended up too much "eating everything I want" on the up days.
-
oooo! Please tell me more about the water, lemon, and cayenne pepper diet. :p

Your Doctor is incompetent. Not necessarily for prescribing Phentermine, but for not knowing that Phentermine can raise blood triglyceride levels. Talk to your pharmacist, and have them advise your doctor.
-
Silliest request ever. Come on, now. Are you saying they don't use measuring cups in the UK? Here is all the translating you need, dear. http://www.worldwidemetric.com/measurements.html

Welcome and wishing you much success. I have to admit I preferred the WW online tools, but MFP is free so I couldn't resist. Congrats on your great weight loss so far!
-
hahhahahah. nevah... I won't flag anyone.

Then it ends up in a river and evenually into the ocean where some humpback whale consumes it, loses 100 pounds and dies. Way to go, OdesAngel. You whale hater, you...
-
Lots of new accounts are having this problem, sorry can't help with this. There is no way to friend you. It is an MFP glitch and until they fix it nothing you can do. sorry dear. :'(

Losers are winners. Great post. We need more like this one. Thanks! (*)

Elliptical Turmoil...sounds like the name of Ozzy Osbourne's next album.

I'll let someone else answer the dumbell question as I don't know. But as for your food, almost everyone here will say, for best results in weight control, you should weigh - at least measure - what you eat and track it in your food diary. But the food choices on your plate looked very healthy.
-
Yes it does. However, the "look" of a food doesn't tell you much, as far as nutrition. Accurately weighing and logging what you eat is your best bet for weight loss. Wishing you great success on your goals!

The low carb friends website has a forum on it. It seems to have a pretty low long term success rate. Being famished every other day just doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun, but I hope you succeed.
-
amen. even if you count, the salt will punish you on the scale anyway. Better to use the buffet as a free day, like Thanksgiving.
-
+ btw on the cheat sheet, I was told at WW, each "helping" is about the size of a fist. nevertheless, a Chinese buffet is very calorific...
-
Next time, try this fun Weight Watchers cheat sheet: http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/art/index_art.aspx?tabnum=1&art_id=82061 FYI each WW points plus is worth 40 calories, more or less.

Many here will pooh low carbing. But if you are set on doing it, the Paleo type of eating is not as strict, they allow some fruit and they seem to go for 100-150 grams of carbohydrate a day. But again, most here will tell you it's all about calories. Wishing you great success though!

IMO free range/farm eggs taste better. As far as being healthier, I doubt there is much difference. Those commercials that advertise their hens are fed a "vegetarian diet", that is hardly natural. Chickens are not vegetarians. Free roaming hens love to peck the ground for grubs, small insects, etc. Probably what makes…
