80 grams?! Mine is always around 30-40? Today I burned 524 calories working out, and I'm allotted 1390 calories of food, and my sugar goal was 39g... I could definitely stay within 80. What's everyone else's goals?

I actually do really well with getting all of the food groups in and getting all the nutrients. It seems like the most of my sugar comes from Greek yogurt and fruit. I only drink water. If I have dessert it's skinny cow which has less sugar than the fruit and other things to begin with so that's not the problem either.…

The 20 calories wasn't an issue as I realize it won't affect my diet. I simply wanted to know the reasoning behind it because nothing else changed (weight loss per week or final weight goal). So I just wanted to know why because I'm interested. Thanks for your help Allan!
