Well...I'm supposed to weigh once a week (I chose Fridays). That being said, I step on that damn thing at least 4 times a day. Why? I have no idea...it's not like it's going to drop pounds in a couple hours. Well...once it did, but that's because there was a sock stuck underneath a corner of it and it threw it off.

I think I already replied to this, but I forgot the one food item I cut out that I feel has made a huge difference; blocks of processed Velveeta cheese. I used to use that stuff like crazy...with rotel for dip, in my chili, etc. I still eat cheese...just "whole cheeses" now (and in moderation) instead of "cheese food", etc.

Did you try calling Remo's and asking them for some sort of measurement of the mozzerella?
