This! Love honey in mine also but my one year old always ends up eating at least 25% of it and I am not sure if he can have honey yet =)

Had my splurge/cheat day today =)

No exact time but I do not like to eat more then two hours before bed because I tend to wake up with a stomach ache

I eat when I am hungry,I tend to have coffee with in 15 minutes of waking up but to have food I have to wait at least a half hour, I do not skip meals and sometimes I have three snacks and other times I just have one snack =)

LOL or we sometimes have to work out with a toddler wanting to be picked up well we do lunges

With a one year old at home and day care at the gym sometimes only being open for an hour when I get to go sometimes I am lucky if i only get to burn about 200 calories,in fact i am happy that I can burn anything!

I have foodstamps I only get 180 a month and my sons father pays for the rest,I also have wic for our son and that helps I would say about 300 a month on food I shop at aldi a lot

I gained 30,sad thing is after I had my son I lost about 15 and then gained it back lol

Public I don't eat perfect but eh I have nothing to hide,I'm not going to live the rest of my life with out splurging on fries or ice cream,I'm just relearning on how to fit it into my calorie intake
