personally, I would be really just too self-conscious to show up in a bikini. my thought is that if she has a guts to show up at a public place like that when she isn't afraid of her weight loss. Just bring it up casually and tell her that your loosing weight too and i think she'll understand hope i helped :)

My breakfast is right before I go to school and I find that if its too big (over 150 calories) I get really hungry in 2nd period and stay that way and watch the clock until lunch time. I usually have a breakfast bar. Either nutrigrain or a quaker oats. Hope I helped :)

Me and my friend actually made really good chocolate brownies with a little over 100 calories a few weeks ago! You just have to search around for a good recipe!

This is really inspiring! When I first started to loose weight I wanted to be 120lbs for many reasons but soon I realized that 150-160 is healthier for me. I'm 5'10 with broad shoulders and wide hips. I'm not tiny and I don't ever want to be! I have never been a size 0 and I never want to be!

Your BMI is high but that shouldn't matter if you feel and are healthy. The BMI chart can be wrong, once a teacher told me about how he had just come back from Africa and he was skinny so you could see his ribs but the BMI chart said he was overweight. It's best to talk to a doctor :)

I don't own a horse but I'm currently in the market for my first! I do a lot of english pleasure riding and this spring I'm going to start showing locally!

I've lost about 24-25lbs now and my goal weight it about 160lbs Well, really my goal is to look great on my horse and while wearing riding breaches. Not to mention a bikini :P

Yeah! Earlier this year I missed my period from January to April. But its normal for me to miss a period or be a few/bunch of days late for it. And this has been happening for years lol

Nope! I roll out of bed, tie up my hair and go for a nice long 75 min walk with my dog! I actually find that it helps me avoid getting really hungry and eating junk I don't need before lunch because I will eat breakfast later on in the morning and stay more full until lunch :) Hope this helps!

Yes, but I don't log it until 3-4 days after. That way I know the weight loss is real and not just a water flux. And I don't count ounces, that would drive me crazy lol Also, it helps to know that when I splurge on food one day that it will come back to haunt me the next :P

I guess North Carolina's heat is a different kind of pain lol one of my goals is to lose some (more like a lot) weight before next years show season! I want to look better in my breaches and make it easier on my horse!! Good luck! :)
