Not losing inches :/
So I've lost weight (30lbs) and I've barely lost anything. My hips are a tad bit smaller however my bust, waist, theighs, and arms aren't any smaller :/ Any ideas on why this is so? Or any solutions? I know you can tone with weight lifting but I have neither the time, money, or interest to get into that.

Cheat Days? Can someone explain?
So today was the first bad day I've had in about a week in a half and it just make me curious about cheat days. If you have one day of the week where you don't count calories couldn't you just eat back 1,000-1,500 of 2-3 hard days work? Calories Burned?
So I've heard a lot of talk on here about MFP lying about how many calories you burn. Is this true? And by how much? And do they over estimate or under estimate the calories we need and eat? Does anyone know of a website/app with a mostly accurate calculator of how much calories you burn doing different things?
