Toning hind and theighs?

So I ride horses and I'm so sick of having to wear jeans because I'm too self conscious to wear riding breeches especially now since it's summer. Not to mention we have shows coming up and I'm gonna have to wear them sooner or later... I'm a pear shaped women so most of my weight is awkwardly around my hips - any tips or special exercises to slim down and tone specifically in my legs/bottom?
Thanks in advance

count calories, eat balanced macros, and do full body compound movements. There is no such thing as toning exercises. tone is just a byproduct of having low bodyfat and muscle underneath showing through.0

Get your BF% down. The fat will come off where IT wants to, not where you want it to. You just have to wait, it will come off your thighs and butt eventually.
If you want to build muscle in that area, it will help with the overall feel even if you don't loose inches and being stronger is always a plus. Do squats (with weights, if you have access to a gym), cleans, kettlebell swings and basically any exercise that requires you to move weight with your hips.
In the mean time, can you wear compression tights under the riding breeches? Compression pants do wonders for my confidence while running.0 -
I feel the same way- I ride, too and always just ride in jeans, since I feel way too "jiggly" in breeches. Squats and leg lifts are what I am working on.0
