I like the idea of working around recipes. I just don't see any benefit in those frozen diet meals, and from personal experience (during a lazy phase of mine LOL) I know they didn't keep me full. I have that issue with my roommate and for me personally it's the easy mindless snacking that will do me in. You just have to practice self control, but keep in mind labeling a food as 'bad' just makes it all the more tempting. I incorporate it in small amounts.

Personally I weigh every morning first thing but when I drop a pound or two on the scale I give it a few days to make sure it's not water weight. I just think it's exciting to wake up to a pound loss. It makes your day just a bit brighter :)
