mrsbigrack your $ .02 is highly appreciated :) So that was a ton of information but if I understand correctly, it might be a good idea to increase my protein intake (current MFP recommendation is 54g - does anyone know how to adjust this?)? And to eat back my calories (but I do that anyways) :P And it sounds like strength…

When I read the title of your post my first thought was 'lol NO! An apple a day doesn't really keep an apple away' :P
-
This is kind of entertaining lol It's just a reminder that healthy people have problems too :P

Coke Zero! I prefer it if I'm in the mood for soda (which rarely happens now)

My grandpa is older now and he doesn't have much of an appetite but we've found that the drink 'Ensure' helps him keep up his weight. I couldn't tell you much about the nutritional benefits tho... Also, a few years ago my friend found out about a gluten intolerance she had and her mother fed her Boost. She was always under…

I ride my horse 3-4 times a week for 45-60 mins each, and then on pretty days I walk my dog for about an hour
-
I have the same problem! I have 7 friends on here and 3 (2 of which I know in real life) aren't even active :/ I'm 18 and try to provide motivation and helpful tips to all my buds and I'm on from my iPhone everyday :)

I like #4 and #5 :)

I haven't reached it yet but my goal weight will be somewhere between 130-150. And I'll probably give myself between 3-4 pounds before I start taking control again

So you all seem to have different views. I guess I don't like it because I feel like I'm not keeping up the progress and cheating myself. And I guess that the lesson learned today is to keep up with planning meals the day before

We're kinda similar. I'm 18 with 110ish lbs to lose. 1 horse, 1 dog, and 2 cats. I love adding a new friend and always try my best to be motivational and helpful :)

Yeah, I usually go out to the barn and ride/work with my horse and at try to take my dog out for a walk every day but it was rainy and humid today :/ What I was worried about was that I just had a cheeseburger and chips for dinner when I had like 400 cals left... So I feel less guilty now but definitely still highly…

I'm no nutrition specialist but it sounds like if you not hungry you're fine. You smoothie seems like it's doing a pretty good job keeping you full. Or if you worried about going into starvation mood have a small lunch and then a mid-afternoon snack. Maybe like some fruit for lunch and a granola bar later. I hope I helped…

Don't even get me started! As a high school senior whos trying to manage her weight I can tell you that the cafeteria menu is not only unhealthy but straight up *disgusting*. Also, did you know that they consider pizza a veggie because of the so called 'tomato paste' in it? -->…

It's heaven and hell. At night after I've finished logging my food for the day and I'm under my limit I feel great! I feel even better when I'm able to record a lower weight or measurement. But at the same time, it's *HELL*. All that delicious food I can't eat while my skinny friends go at it. I don't like having to skip…

I saw the topic and was like 'WHAT? CUPCAKES WITH ONLY 26 CALORIES?' My friend and I were going to bake low fat apple-sauce brownies next week but I think this will be a much better recipe to try. Thanks for posting it! :D

I feel like I'm lucky too. My friends support me and I even work out and plan meals with one! My mother loves it and she's gotten back on track with her diet too. I think support from the people around you is a really important thing to losing weight and getting/staying healthy :)

Way to go! You look fantastic! I hope that when I reach my goal that I'll look as great as you do :)

Maybe it won't hurt? And I think once you get it over with it'll be out of your system. And why not have fun? Go have a girls night out or date night with your BF/husband. Eat at a nice restaurant, go see a movie and maybe do some shopping. I try to have a girls night every few weeks where I can just have fun and not care…

No but that sounds like a great motivational thing. I could just hang a darling size 6-12 dress in the corner. I actually think that would really help me visualize things and stay focused more. It'd be the first thing I'd see in the morning and the last thing I see when I go to bed... Thanks for the idea!!

Way to go!!! You both look fantastic!! :D

I'm jealous :P Try finding a healthy snack you like and just try to fit that snack in your day whenever you can. Also, it's not a bad thing as long as your consuming more then 1200 a day
