Choose one morning a week to weigh yourself, and do it after going to the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. Measuring is a good idea, I just didn't do it because I knew the results would be even more depressing than the number on the scale (I'm a chicken), and I didn't want that icky feeling to derail me.

Stand on a step with the back 3/4 of you feet hanging off the step and slowly lower your heals down and bring them back up. There's a machine for that in the gym, but don't use weights as you want to slim your calves, not build them up.

I went in and manually tweaked my numbers....raised the fiber and protein, and lowered the carbs, fat, and sodium.:wink:

I go over in protein calories all the time, well at least I did until I manually changed my protein limits to a higher numer. Protein and fiber are good things for a dieting person. Both make you feel fuller longer....ALWAYS a plus. :smile:

:bigsmile: Hershey's makes sugar free chocolate mini's (the litle candy bars). They are every bit as yummy as the regular, BUT you can only eat 2 at a time or you will have a run to the potty type of reaction. It's a great built in limit for the yummy little buggars!

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again...lalala...You can do it, you've done it before so you have all the proof you need. Everyone's had set backs, so everyone will be very understanding.
