I wish you all great success, and know that when you take it one day at a time and try not to think too far ahead the time really flies. Again, thank you all…

I used to be 4'11 now at age 60 I'm 4'9 probably due to being so obese for over 40 years. My highest weight was 382. I ask myself over and over again ..... how did I let it get so out of control? I have many, many different reasons but I'm tired of hearing that they are all excuses. I lost 20 pounds 3 years ago and kept it…

You're doing great Karen and I'm so impressed with the progress pictures. What a huge difference. Beautiful!

84 pounds off in 8 months. Still have 160 pounds to go. My starting weight was 362 so it's hard to imagine weighing less than 140.
-
All the progress pictures are amazing. Congratulations to all the people who stuck it out all 100 days.
-
I vote for @DMast1 because this person set a realistic goal and did five pounds over it. Awesome loss.

I'm still here and really happy I made my goal. Looking forward to starting my 3rd 100 day challenge.

The hundred day challenge keeps me motivated. I look forward to weigh in days and I love seeing my progress at the end of each season. It was harder for me this time because the weight is coming off much slower. Getting out of 300 was the best feeling I have ever had. I have learned to be patient and take it one day at a…

Mine is to be able to walk without pain. It's been 7.5 months since I started and I'm still not there yet. But, I can now walk a half a mile before I begin to feel the stress and pain in my knees and ankles.

Thank you Balancedwalker for setting up the next sequel. I look forward to this challenge and seeing the progress keeps me motivated.

I made it. As of January 27th I reached 299.2. It's still so hard to believe because I have trust issues with my scales. It's been 14 years since I have seen a number below 300. I love MFP and all my friends and I'm am thankful for all the support and sharing you have given me. I still have so much to lose but I can now…
