It happens to me too. I talked to my doctor about it and she says it happens to her as well. It's pretty normal. What I do is stop going forward for a few seconds to give my feet a quick break. It seems to help.

I watched all seasons of "Flavor of Love" with Flava Flav on Vh1. Even when I was in the hospital I made sure that I was able to watch it. My sister and I were both really in to it

I weigh everyday. Keeps me on track, but I do know that the body's weight does fluctuate. So, I don't get upset if I go up 2lbs. It's just normal.

Evenings are hard for me too! After my little girl goes to bed I think... FREEDOM!!! Of course I want a really nice snack and some time in front of the tube. Well, I saw my weightloss moving slowly. So, I decided that I would not eat anything after 9:30. If I am really in need of something it has to be a fruit or a veggie.…

You really have to listen to your body. I workout pretty hard at the gym, and last week I was so tired I was crying in the store!!! So, I tend to take 2 days off from "organized" exercise. The weekend is when hubby, daughter and I can spend time together. I end up cleaning the house or running around on those days, so I'm…

In talking to my nutritionist and a personal trainer, you don't necessarily need to eat the calories that you burn from exercise. However, in looking at your diary I would say maybe add 200 calories a day for a week and try not to eat 2 hours before you go to bed. I stopped eating after 9:30 and I dropped 4lbs last week.…

Once again, thank you for the very encouraging comments. I started crying just reading. It so great to know that people do actually care.

I've been going to my gym for a long time. I can't stand it when people talk loudly on their cell phones. If I can hear you over my Ipod that really ticks me off. I don't want to listen to your conversation. I also hate it when people do not wipe down the machine they just finished using. They sweat and it gets all over…

They definitely are worth the money. I have an F6 and I love mine!

Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement. This is the best I have felt in a long time

Incredible! I'm going to watch this whenever I feel like I can't go on. How inspiring!

Hi! I suffer from OCD and Bipolar Disorder. I have been on everything under the sun and gained over 100lbs from medications ( I probably wouldn't have if I wasn't on meds). Everyone's body reacts differently to medications. When I was on Zoloft I gained a couple of pounds the first month. No biggie, but I had worked really…

Hi Jennifer! No need to hide in your clothes and sit on the sidelines! I weigh 300lbs and bought a really cute bathing suit from Target that does a good job at hiding those problem zones. Getting in the pool and playing with the kids is great exercise! You definitely can do this... we are all here to help you! Good Luck!

I'm so happy for you! Keep up the fabulous work.

Absolutely!

I have been binge eating since I was a child. Even when I was very thin, I still binged. I can eat 1000 to 2000 calories in a 15 min sitting. It feels as though someone has just taken over me. I am going to be talking with my therapist this weekend about how to deal with this, because its really messing with my diet!

I have over a 100 to lose. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like! Good Luck!

I definitely agree. I use the elliptical at the gym, with high resistance for over 30 mins ( I weight over 300lbs), and I only burned roughly 230 calories. I typically go with my heart rate monitor. I have a Polar F6 with a chest strap. Its not completely accurate either, but much closer than the machines.

You look wonderful!

Sounds like to me that you need to tweak your HRM. Do you have a local gym to go to? Most Physical Trainers know how to set them properly.

Everybody ready??? Ice Cream... I HATE ice cream. My husband and daughter adore it and I can't stand it!

Hot air popcorn or 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some fruit
