I have one more week to finish up the 30 day shred. I will be starting ripped in 30 next Saturday. I did that one last year in addition to 30DS and really liked them both.

Did L3 D1 this morning. I think I like it better than L2 anyway, although can't do the "rockstar jumps" near the end. I had knee surgery a few years ago and my knee cannot move and bend quite that fast. I was able to keep up with all the rest though. Then got my 30 mins. on the elliptical afterward. Completed Level 2 today, day 10 :) I'm the same, so far I haven't lost any lbs. but I don't have many to lose anyway. I know I've gained some muscle though so I'm sure that's it. This morning was my D9 on L2. I forgot to check in here Saturday and Sunday but did do it both days :) So tomorrow will be my last day on L2 !

Forgot to check in on this thread yesterday and I can only access MFP through my phone during the workday (which won't allow me to comment on threads). Got my L2 D4 in yesterday morning and my L2 D5 in this morning :) Still doing my elliptical for 30 minutes afterward also. So today was the halfway point, 5 more days of L2…

Got my L2 D3 in this morning. I did end up skipping yesterday, like I said if I don't get my exercise in the morning, it doesn't usually get done. Then did my usual 30 minutes on my elliptical! Have a great day everyone!

I forgot to check in yesterday but I did get my L2 D2 done in the morning. Today, however, I wasn't feeling too good, not up to the jumping around and planks, etc. so I just got on my elliptical instead. I did manage to get in 45 minutes on that and felt good afterward. I did the shred last year then followed with Ripped in 30, then 6 week/6 pack abs. Loved them all. Decided to do the shred again (need to tone up for the summer and vacation....). I started today too. Day 1 Level 1. I did this workout last year also and loved it. After that I did Ripped in 30 and 6 week/6 pack abs. Really like all the Jillian workouts. I usually like to add in the elliptical after I do a Jillian WO since they're only about 25 mins. I'll post again tomorrow after I complete my Day 2.…

I think I advanced to level 2 sooner than 3 weeks. Level 2 will work you very hard, it has a lot of cardio and works your whole body rather than just core. I did it every day and finished a few weeks ago, although I loved L2 so much I still throw that workout in here and there throughout the week :) Good luck!

I've done the 30DS and Ripped also so when I completed those I did her 6 week/6 pack abs and loved that one. It is 2 levels (each one for 3 weeks). Level 1 focuses mainly on core but level 2 is much more intense because it has a lot of cardio in it and works your whole body. It is another one of her 30 min. workouts so if…
