  • I have a Nordictrak and not very happy with it. We've had to repair it ourselves a few times (right after warranty ran out). The parts were very costly to order and not very good customer service either.
  • Could be that, but yes, a little too forward of her to do that. Great job on the weight loss, keep up the good work! :)
  • I decided to do something a little different today and got on my elliptical for 30 minutes. :) I'll try to get my evening walk in later today also. TGIF!!!
  • Okay, I gave in this morning and did a level 2 of 6 wk/6 pk. I couldn't resist, I just love that w/o so much  I'll try to get in my walk this evening also. Have a great day everyone!
  • I loved 6 wk/6 pk but level 1 really wasn't very challenging. Level 2 on the other hand was very challenging because it is mostly cardio yet still works your core very well. I was drenched by the end ot that workout. I may throw in one of those workouts here and there throughout this month just to keep up my endurance :)…
  • I'll join you, I just started another round of it yesterday. I had already completed it in June after completing 30DS in May, then in July I did 6 week/6 pack (completed that last week). After doing all those though I may decide to switch up levels or maybe do a day here and there of 6 wk/6 pk (level 2) since it really…
  • Day 2 level 1done this morning. May move up a level or two though, level 1 doesn't feel challenging enough right now to me.
  • I loved all three that I've tried so far: 30DS, Ripped in 30, 6 week/6 pack. All are awesome. I just finished 6 wk/6 pk and just started another round of RI30. Good luck!
  • I weigh in here on MFP once a week but I do check the scale at least every other day or I'd go crazy....lol.
  • I think that sounds reasonable especially if you feel that's where you should be. I think it's up to ourselves to know what's best weight/size wise that is. I'm close to my goal myself but once I get there I may decide to go another 3-4 lbs. I just need to wait till I get there first then decide what to do. Good luck!
  • Okay, did my day 1 of week 1 this morning. The moves all came back to me since I had recently done RI30 already. If you guys see me occasionally switch up the levels during this month, don't be surprised...lol. I might decide to advance up and just hang there a bit longer, we'll see how it goes. Have a great day…
  • Great! Glad to have you join me :)
  • I did lose about 7-8 lbs with the shred and toned also.
  • I started with 30DS myself and stuck with it the whole 30 days. As long as you stick with it, work through the initial "soreness" you may feel the first couple days you will see results at the end. It is a great all over workout. I agree with shellgib, 6 wk/6 pk is also a great workout, you see results not only in your abs…
  • I actually took "the day off" today for the very first time. Got my nephew visiting for the weekend so just been trying to entertain him and my son :) I did do level 2 yesterday morning but didn't check in here. I'll plan on doing it Sunday morning though but starting on Monday I plan on starting another round of RI30.…
  • Ditto that. If this is a very important meeting then you really should go shopping if you can. I agree, if you go to a department store then a saleswoman can help you.
  • Level 2 done this AM. I've been managing to walk in the evenings with the hubby at football practice about 2.5 miles. Glad you had a nice time in NYC shell :) This must be family weekend, my nephew is coming this evening to spend the weekend with us :) Have a great day today!
  • You're almost halfway there! Don't give up now :) You can do it!
  • Level 2 complete this morning. :) Since this is my last week of 6 wk/6 pk, I think I may do another round of the RI30 beginning next week since I already have that one and I really liked it. I'll let you know if I decide to go that route for sure though by Sunday :) Have a great day!
  • I'm a little late today, did level 2 this morning. I was able to get my PM walk in yesterday at football practice, will do again tonight. Shell, I know which ones you're talking about now, those weren't too bad. I hadn't done them in a while though. I'll check in with you tomorrow :)
  • Level 2 done this morning  Gonna try to walk the track tonight during football practice. Shell, it's been a couple weeks since I did level 1, are the diagonal getups like the side planks, I can't quite remember. I do know the Basheera is like some kind of robot though.....lol Have a great Monday everyone!
  • Fiber One brownies :) They're very good and only 90 calories!
  • I know exactly how you feel. I don't have mine open either and I've had an occasional request to do it. It's just my own choice for now, although lately I've been thinking about it. I guess I just fear criticism. I think it's a matter of personal choice and what you feel comfortable with.
  • Did level 2 yesterday and this morning. Just got back inside from washing my car (2 hours of sweat), boy is it hot outside today! As if I'm not going to be punished enough this week in the evenings since my son starts football practice this week in this crazy heat. Will be packing a cooler full of water though.... Shell,…
  • TGIF!!! Did my level 2 this morning. Will plan on another evening walk tonight :) Unless it rains or something strange, then I'll do my elliptical since I haven't tried it yet since the hubby fixed it. Have a great day everyone
  • I was raised to always write thank you cards and am teaching my son to do the same. Some parents nowadays don't do the thank you notes and it does bug me but I guess it's just the day we live in. I do have to say that for more special occasions such as weddings, showers, etc. it is a must no matter what. I know my husband…
  • Did my level 2 this morning, I think I've really got the routine down pretty good now :) Last night I got on my (somewhat broken) elliptical for about 20 mins, I would've done longer but that's all I can take with it's skipping a beat/clankity clank, it is just annoying. My husband is trying to fix it today but if that…
  • That's an awful lot of carbs to eat in a day. Why are your daily carbs set so high?
  • @shell..thanks for the info on the other JM videos. I had seen others mention BFBM and NMTZ. I may look into those but might not be able to do them on a daily basis (for time sake). I was also thinking about doing another round of RI30 but I guess I have a couple more weeks to make up my mind...lol. I like to walk in…
  • I've had a couple already and almost back to back. They can last anywhere from 2-3 weeks for me. Just be consistent and stay focused, drink plenty of water.
