  • Ripped in 30 Week 4 COMPLETE as of this morning :happy: I will be leaving tomorrow for vacation and plan on getting in lots of walking for my daily exercise (Disney World) :wink: I'm not sure yet what I'll start on when I get back, probably another JM workout though.

  • Week 4 day 1 done this morning followed by elliptical (as usual...lol). Week 4 doesn't seem quite as hard as week 3 but I think that is only because my triceps were so sore doing week 3. I still worked up a good sweat doing week 4 anyway so it's all good.

  • Day 5 of week 3 done for me followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical. I have to note to someone's previous post on here that I too have not lost any weight but I am feeling it in my muscles, my arms have been feeling sore after doing week 3, she really pounds the triceps hard in circuit 3.
  • Day 4 week 3 done this morning followed by 30 mins on the elliptical. My triceps sure do hurt when I'm finished, no pain, no gain! Be back tomorrow!

  • Day 5 of week 1 done. I love getting my workout in early in the day. Reading some of the comments about the duck walk and bear crawls reminded me of them from when I did RI30 last year.   • I'm FINISHED.....as of this morning. Did the full 30 days, 10 days on each level. :) The main results I got out of it was getting more toned, I feel stronger and some of my clothes fit better. I didn't lose much weight, I think it was only like 3-4 lbs. but I don't have many lbs. to lose anyway. I am going to start Ripped…
