metabolism is real, for example lizzie velasquez that has to eat 8k calories to stay alive, daily. Its rare genetic condition but shows that you can vary in terms of metabolism. ya ya one exception does not prove anything for common people but hint a lot.

for someone that is good/average at controlling oneself, no. But for someone more susceptible this could be a problem. Someone without good habits about eating. Disregarding mindset which can boost your ability to control. I am talking about people that starts dieting, for them when you say them that there is no healthy…

That proves that people want to eat more when they consume ultra processed food, contrary to eating less on low-processed. So eating less processed help to eat less. Ofc you can eat ultra processed and still eat at deficit if you weight it and log like in MFP. It just take willpower and determination. "Why is it assumed…

ouch cheese is pretty calorie dense.

I got 1500kcal update today for 2lbs/ a week so i needed to lower my expectations to 1,5lbs per week. I would feel not so good, on 1750kcal is better instead.
-
i dont see large calories there, its pretty moderate meal. dunno what is on top left corner. those salad cream dressing can be impactful more.

welcome aboard, i lost 26lbs in 5 years, so its not easy thing to do. Were like 42lbs but id f*** up, staying hard on the goal is the key. Was mistaken that not logging will do me good. It was not. Now i am logging accurately and its working.

Hmm egg is 155 kcal per 100g, which has 13g protein, i weighted egg myself(after breaking it to the container) with food scale and it was 65gram. So 101 kcal. Maybe in usa eggs are less large. Fair enough.

I would oppose that. Heatlhy food as whole unprocessed foods and stuff vs ultra-processed foods. When you eat daily you see a difference while eating them. Legit science research concluded that by eating ultraprocessed you eat more as a result, cause you crave more. They are designed to taste better.

nice aziz.

ya need patience, probably you will not the result first time you do it. It takes time to learn to properly manage calories and food weighting with scale.
-
try whey isolate. I use it, no problem with side effects.
-
try vanilla or chocolate, its the safest taste.
-
try measuring yourself with tailor tape, supplying weighting yourself. You can add it on the mfp.

cheat meal, incorporate into your calorie goal. Then i dont eat over it. Require some planning before hand as cheat meals are calorie dense. Ya eat what ya want in moderate amount basically. Maybe those kebap or hamburger that is coming sneakily after you for a week. Or 2-3 slices of pizza. I am lucky since i am a man,…

Yes/ But from photo reference 8-9% is enough to look good.

1 Egg daily is also good idea if you are adding protein. They are 101 kcal per egg. At more calories than 1250(1500) kcal, you can get 3x500 kcal meals which would give you plenty of options to get by in the day. And use a food scale to get accurate logging.
-
you can try more protein dense food. Are you vegan or vegetarian? If vegetarian try more cottage cheese, plenty of protein.
-
aye, try lowering the amount to lose to 0.5lbs/week. Dont eat highly processed foods.
-
i would oppose this, macros matter a moderate amount, more proteins makes you feel full for longer time etc easing the weight management, you lose less muscle mass when adequate amount of protein is in the diet.
-
its probably has something with glucose spikes in blood after carbs/sugar, and insulin.
-
its just 1 day further from the goal. Dont be depressed about it.
-
you get positive emotion as you get closer to goal you clearly stated. If ya just losing weight not cause you set your goal straight you will fail to get motivation. You gotta aim at it, at this goal. Otherwise its not gonna work. And ya gotta make proper sacrifices, ya cant eat cake and get the cake.

maybe i am not buying top of of shakes, but good brand is tasty. Try buying small better one for the taste.
-
ya need to workout/lift weights to not lose as much muscle and lose fat. Proper supplementation of carbs/proteins/creatine proper workouts. A little body recomposition.
-
keep the current calories to lose(suggested by mfp), it will come off in a bit of time. Or you can add some workouts to supplement weight loss.
