  • I actually have experience with this, lol. Fake boobs look nice but lack the natural feel. I say whatever a woman is comfortable with is fine, and if getting implants helps your self esteem then go for it. Who couldnt use a boost in the self esteem department, though I personally dont have a preference per se.
