  • YAY dead lifts!! I'm working on getting my max back up where it used to be now. I'm aiming to pull 200#s this year, hopefully more!
  • I have a group like this with friends & it does help sometimes. The only time it isn't helpful is when we go through a slump where no one else is actually working out. I actually ended up leaving the group for a period of time b/c I felt like the people at my gym were keeping me more accountable at that point. Best of luck…
