I wanted to celebrate with food (I passed a steak n shake on the way home and thought "Oh damn, I could go for that right now"), cause I was STARVING, but I did not bring any money with me so I went home and had a healthy PB&J with Almond Milk instead :P

There are APP's that take advantage of the camera + flash to measure your heart rate by placing your finger over the lens. I've tested a couple tonight, they work. At least they SEEM to, I am not 100%, which is why I am here asking. :)

Make sure you are not over doing the deficit. I know it sounds backwards, but you have to eat to lose weight. At MOST your deficit should be no more than 500 under your BMR, and thats only if it's at least 1,700+ for woman and 1,900+ for men. Make sure you're eating 4-5 times a day.
