Well I walk every day at a good pace. I used to do Tae Bo cardio and made it half way through the 30 day shred, but then i got lazy. :P Im a picky eater (I hate vegetables!!) So as long as I dont go over 1200 calories a day i just eat whatever.

Im 5'2 and currently 117. I still have a biit of toning to do on my tummy :p Sorry its not a great pic but its the most recent. (sorry if it dosnt work...im not sure how to add a pic...) Oh and i used to be 148.

I totally know how u feel! I reached my goal weight 115 and I still feel like a fatty! I have this 1 tummy roll that wont go away!! Anyone have suggestions to flatten it??

OMG! I cant get through the whole thing! I have to stop about 7 min. before its over due to my asthma! If you have free on demand just go to Exercise tv and they have part 1 and 2 for free! =]

you could try selling your big clothes on craigslist.com then use that money to get ya some new ones! Thats what I recently did!:smile:
