Hey there. I am 5' 1 3/4" tall and currently am at 147.2. I started at 176. Now, my ultimate goal
is to get down to 116. I have never in my adult life been that small but have been close. What I'm looking for are females around 5' - 5' 2" tall and are around 115 - 125. Any before, during or after photos would help! [=

  • Im 5'2 and currently 117. I still have a biit of toning to do on my tummy :p Sorry its not a great pic but its the most recent. (sorry if it dosnt work...im not sure how to add a pic...) Oh and i used to be 148.

    thanks ladies!! I mean it, so much! You both look GREAT by the way! I can't wait to get down there. And Katnov2010 I look forward to seeing them! What are you all doing to workout?? I have an elliptical but it's boring. I do love it though. I also have 30 Day Shred and the p90x videos but almost never use them. I really want to and have been trying to force myself! Also- any special diets or just watching what you eat and drinking plenty of water?? Just curious. Some days are good for me and some are bad, maybe that's how I'm still maintaining then losing every once in awhile? Again thanks for sharing!! [=
  • Well I walk every day at a good pace. I used to do Tae Bo cardio and made it half way through the 30 day shred, but then i got lazy. :P Im a picky eater (I hate vegetables!!) So as long as I dont go over 1200 calories a day i just eat whatever.
