My water intake is doing much better since the water challenge. My hair, skin, nails are less dry and I know it's from increasing my intake. Interested - I need to lose 16lbs for the end of May, then I'll add a new goal until I reach a total of 40lbs lost. - I am starting all over again. - Diet- eat 1600 cals, working out 4 days/60 min.

Water for me. 5/7 96 oz/ day

Day1: grape tomatos, cucumber, feta, olive oil salad Day 2: tomato sandwich ( as soon as nice weather hits, this is me all day, everyday) Day 3: english muffin halved topped with tomato/egg/cheese

This is a hard week. Lost 2 lbs though woo hoo! Mini goals water, logging food. I'm at 92 flights of stairs. I work as an ECE and our daycare has 3 levels, no elevator. So stairs are no problem for me. It's a big place. My issue is logging. I did not get the points for this. I am really going to try harder with this next…

No I don't - I'm bad. I know it would help. I just try to watch what I eat, and try to eat mostly fruit/ veggie. I'm not a fan of counting/measuring. I just really like the support here. It's tedious. Maybe I should try the food prep for a week thing, so I'd only have to do it once.

Whew! I got worn out just reading this week's challenges. Logging is my issue. Can I log a week on Monday, and then adjust as needed? I think it's the only way I will do it everyday.

Open faced egg sandwich. Split an egg between an open English muffin. Top with tomato and Tbs shredded mozzarella cheese and a bit of parsley. Broil til melted. So good. I eat it for breakfast everyday.
