I actually bought a SIZE SIX dress and fit in SIZE EIGHT jeans!! I started out at a size 14-16 a year and a half ago! And I've never purchased anything in a size six in my whole life!! I can't believe it! :happy:

Hi! I'm joining the group a little late but I went through to tally what I considered my binge days vs. on track days. I also worked with a nutritionist and she was also ok with me eating a range btwn 1200-1300 calories and NOT eating back exercise calories. She said in her experience of working with people who,eat them back by doing moderate cardio ( not weight lifting), people don't lose weight as quickly. Doesn't sound too sketchy.

I completely understand that those around us are "affected" by us and our decisions. If your diet consists of 1300 calories then breakfast = roughly 400 calories. 800 makes your day tooo lopsided. I like the idea of drinking lots of water before your meal. It's always easier for people to focus on others rather than themselves. Those comments were unnecessary and rude. I'm sorry you had to endure them. I've been called "chunky", having too much "baby fat", and "big boned" all my life. All nice ways of saying FAT. I feel for you. :grumble:
