You can find them pretty cheap on Amazon. I bought a 5pack for $30.

I just bought her "Biggest Winner: Win by losing" dvd set. They're really good, and keep you moving. They're fast paced so they really kick your butt. But also they're so fast paced you don't realize how fast the time goes. And then you're done!

I feel the same way! lol

The increasing metabolism was one of the reasons, but for other health benefits as well.

My goal weight it just a number. I have a specific look and size that I want to be more than a weight. If I weight more than what I was hoping to get down to but look how I want to then I won't try to get lower. I've been doing lots of weight training so I maybe not lose as many pounds because I'll be gaining more muscle.…

I added you. I was skinny, and still am "normal" or thin to some people but I want to lose the weight I gained in college which was about 25lbs. I know HOW I gained it. I worked and went to school full time so I ate a heck of a lot of fast food. I also canceled my gym membership when I started school because I had no time…

I eat these too! :P

Hi, I added you! A great way to get your breathing pace better is to do breathing exercises. You lungs are muscles and can be trained as well. I was actually taught in school a bunch of breathing exercises, I'm in broadcasting and it helps to be able to talk a lot without breathing a lot :P Maybe try googling a few, it's…

I moved to a place with no McDonalds so I didn't eat it for 6 months. Then when I was traveling to visit my parents, I got McDonalds and it made me sick. I used to eat it all the time. Now my stomach can't handle fast food! Which is probably a good thing.

I did this with McDonalds cheese burgers. I'd always pick up a few after work and then get rid of the evidence!

I don't think so. When you track your sugar on MFP it tracks any sugars. I know it's hard to make your target I'll be over from eating my breakfast cereal and a piece of fruit. I should probably switch to plain oatmeal for breakfast instead or maybe just a couple eggs or something. I'm having the same problem trying to…

The part about not keeping junk food around is huge. Especially since I live in a rural area so the corner store closes at 6. If I feel like having candy/snacks late at night I can't unless I want to drive 30 minutes to the city. I don't buy any snacks at the grocery store anymore. I'll usually have some fruit or raw…

I do this one. It's more because of my big butt... I wouldn't consider myself "fat". Also I am refusing to buy bigger pants since I've gained a bit of weight. ( i only have 20lbs to lose) So I'm hoping they'll fit perfectly soon or be too loose! I'll only buy smaller pants :P

Maybe find a local pool you can do laps in? It's nice when you're all hot and sweaty to go for a swim and it's good exercise!

Thats the thing that stuns me is the amount of calories some people burn in a day. I wonder if I should be logging more, or maybe it's better to under estimate it.

Added you :D

I'm in the same boat, my hips/butt is 12" bigger than my waist. I find running and the elliptical help. Squats and weights may make your legs and butt bigger so keep the weight lower with more reps, or no weights at all just your body weight. Don't give up, it'll go eventually :P

1200 Calorie days work great for me. I do eat back my exercise calories (like you're supposed to) and so far I've lost averaged out a pound per 5 days. I'm planned to lose a pound a week so I'm doing slightly better. At first it seemed low but now I'm used to it and sometimes can't even fill my calorie need.

This. Once you can master this running becomes so much easier. I used to do track in junior high/high school and we were told to do this and it makes a HUGE difference. Especially when running out doors because wind and cold air really dries out your throat if you're breathing in through your mouth.

I often give in to my cravings, the trick is just to have a little bit . Usually a small portion will be good enough to get rid of the craving. If you have a few bad days, make sure you have a few extra good days once your TOTM is gone. Consider it zig-zagging.

I'm in the same boat. I only get 35g of sugar and I'm already over it today from what was in some fruit I ate and my muffin with breakfast. The sugar levels aren't something I'm watching too closely but It shocks me to see it being over every day.

I'm the opposite of what most people are posting here. I am a "normal" BMI weight and my goal weight is border line "underweight". I have a fairly straight frame for a female, not curvy and I'm tall, 5'9. Since I've gained weight most of the pounds are on legs/butt. Since I have such a little upper body I look uneven. I…

I like that it's longer than 30 minutes, which I find most videos aren't.

I have the Reebok Easytone shoes. I only use them for walking my dog, like said before you shouldn't wear them all day. I also heard that if you wear them all the time your body gets used to the instability and they basically stop doing what they're supposed to. My legs definitely feel different than if I was just walking…
