10K Race Success
My goal has been to continue running through my whole pregnancy in hopes to be able to get back in to it as soon as I'm healed. Today I ran a 10K race in 1hr 8 mins while 7 months pregnant. A reminder to everyone that if you set goals and train hard, you can do it!

Supplements & Vitamins
Currently my boyfriend and are taking cayenne pills. I've read on the web about it helping your metabolism and digestion. Not too sure if it's really helped since I've been dieting, exercise and eating better. Are there any supplements or vitamins you recommend getting? Thanks :bigsmile:

Logging Everything
What do you log? I only log what I consider actual exercise. I've seen people log things like cleaning, gardening, even playing an instrument. It seems like maybe people are logging as much as possible in hope to have more available calories for the day? What are your thoughts?
