Yeah, just been reading a heap of links on detox's and there is so much back and forth on whether they work or not, healthy diet and exercise is not disputed, so I'll go with what you said about doing it as part of a balanced diet :)

Great post! Its amazing the tricks behind photography, either like how you have done or photoshop. I see those type of photos all over the internet too, and it doesn't bother me so much, but for teen girls etc they can be chasing something that's not real.

Congrats on your weight loss and maintaining :) Just going off how much you weighed and what you are now on your ticker, surely it cant be loose skin, as you weren't big to start with, I think you'll be fine just keep up with the exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water and I'm sure you will see results :)

I know our food is our diet, but I'm definitely not "on a diet" or following a certain type of diet. I've been going through this too, 11 days eating under 1200, exercising, and no weight loss, its frustrating, but we just gotta keep at it. I've decided to up my calories to 1500 for a little bit to see if that helps.
