Thanks, everyone. Anyone know why that is? I mean, I struggle in spin (not in the best shape) but I go as hard as I can. I'm drenched by the time I get out. So, why is it that the advertised rates aren't all they're cracked up to be (or why do you take no more than XX calories off?)

Today's gym session was pretty darn good, despite forgetting my socks (ew) and not wanting to go AT ALL. 35 minutes on the elliptical (figured that was the best bet to do sockless XD) and a run of the weights! Admittedly, I'm terrified of 10/15 for my next weigh in.

Big day today. 35 minutes on the treadmill with Zombies, Run! 5k Trainer Day 1. Then 90 minutes on weights from legs, arms, to abs.
