One word: PiYo! I'm almost done the 60 day program and my core hasn't been in this condition ever! I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to strengthen their core. Plus there is a nice mix of cardio and stretching too!

I'm on my 2 to last week of PiYo and have been able to get great results! I'm more flexible, plus my core is stronger that it has ever been. My suggestion to you is to give it a try for a week then decide if you would like to continue...my guess is you will continue :)
