I'm struggling with this as well.. I totally am starting to recognize that that (while I've heard it 1000 times before)..Nutrition really is 80% of this, and I'm not doing so great with that..and I know its cause I'm not prepared each evening..

No stressing on that..not allowed :flowerforyou: I only had a .02 loss this week, which feels like ZERO!! So I can totally relate, and I'm SURE there will be a week in this challenge that we all have a gain, its the name of the game.. Great attitude..I'm gonna keep on keeping on as well :happy:

Okay, I tried to be good, and did well overall, but I did have a HUGE Rib Eye steak last night..we had to BBQ since it was the Holiday, and they were on sale and looked DIVINE..and it was, DIVINE that is..but we did a great job portioning it out and we have enough left for another meal..

I myself love my "cocktail" that is 1 1/2 fl oz of 80 proof vodka/ then mix in about a Tbls any Sugar Free Torani/DeVinci syrup of your choice..my personal fav is the Watermelon..its a perfect cocktail
