Hi all, I've done LC before back in 2003/2004 n in 10 months I lost almost 100 lbs.. So I KNOW weight loss can be fast.. How do You log as NC on MFP
Hi, starting LC again and this is my first time logging LC on MFP. I did LC way back in 2003 n didn't have aWay to log electronically back then. I love using MFP and it links/syncs w my Bidy Fit Media. So I'm just courious how orhers are identifying total net carbs for their food they r logging?
