No, you won't. I've found for me that a grilled burger fills me up and keeps me feeling full for a longer period of time than other protein source. Sugar. For me there is no moderation, it's all (causing me to eat sugar laden junk until I'm sick) or nothing (which makes me feel much better). With a family disposition towards diabetes 2 I need to do all I can to avoid the disease.
