Hi Victoria, I am and emotional eater too. I really try to just go for a walk or find something to do. I even have a piece of paper on my fridge that says " are you really hungry or just eating your feelings" it makes me think and most times i walk away and go for a walk or call a friend to go do something.

I use run keeper and its pretty accurate. it uses my iphones GPS and even tracks hills and how fast you are walking..... at 3.5 mph you can figure about 100 calories a mile.
